Project Overview

Adrienne was engaged from 2018-2021 with a client charged with managing a large grant program. Our task was to help them deliver the end user portal, as well as the behind-the-scenes processes. This meant managing and coaching multiple teams of developers, as well as vendor relationships, architecting the system and keeping the whole project on track. Adrienne was ultimately responsible for a successful project delivery that enabled better grant management.
