Project Overview

Adrienne was engaged in early 2022 to guide the architecture and implementation of a global HR management system. The project faced several hurdles: a need to modernize existing processes, complex security requirements, global stakeholders with differing priorities, and translation into 7 languages across multiple geos. However, the implementation was accomplished with minimal go-live issues.
